Staged?

 

This seems staged by Trump himself.

He was only lightly grazed in his ear and then wouldn't leave until he got his shoes. then took a photo-op and all right before the Republican National Convention – where he needed to boost his numbers.

Doesn't sound like someone who was surprised by all of this.
