$1.63 Billion

The European Union sent its first transfer of €1.5 billion ($1.63 Billion US Dollars) in proceeds from Frozen Russian assets to Ukraine for Military and Infrastructure support.

Note:  The G-7 (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK and the United States) announced in June 2024 that they will use the $3 Billion Dollar Interest that Frozen Russian Assets make every year to cover a Loan that will see Ukraine get $50 Billion US Dollars to help Ukraine defend itself from Russia and rebuild from Russian Occupation and Attacks.

The Russians should pay (literally) for their own crimes in Ukraine and this is a start.
