After 50 years Southwest Airlines is going to start Assigning Seats including Premium Seating in 2025.
I have never liked not having an
Assigned Seat and hate the A,B,C Boarding Process (since apparently no one was
ever taught the Alphabet or their Numbers.)
Hopefully, they also fix their
Customer Service (Online, by Phone and In-Person at the Airport.)
