SCOTUS Focus

Sadly, the current Supreme Court tends to focus on their own Political Beliefs rather than on the US Constitution.

They seem to not only base their decisions on their Political Party, but some are also openly aiding in the complete dismemberment of our Modern Society (by suggesting how Groups and Organizations the Justices favor should bring new Cases to SCOTUS so they can completely get rid of: Women’s Rights, Homosexual Rights, Interracial Couple’s Rights, Homeless Rights, etc. while at the same time protect Convicted Criminals.)

As of June 2024, 50% of Americans have lost confidence in this current Supreme Court and I am one of those 50% (40% approve of them.)

I have never believed in Party Loyalty (for either the Republicans or the Democrats.)

I believe in going for the best Candidate or the best approach to an issue or problem and have voted for both Republicans and for Democrats.

The current Justices of SCOTUS seem to believe in nothing but Party Loyalty – even at the expense of the US Constitution.

Some of the Justices (like Thomas and Alito) are openly showing this to the American People through their words and their actions.

I would expect every Justice of the US Supreme Court to do just the opposite and place all their belief and faith in the US Constitution, but I guess I am from a begone era that believes in our Founding Fathers and the United States of America and not any Political Party that wasn't even around when the Founding Fathers created the US Constitution.
