Note: 988 replaced a much
longer phone number that was used throughout the US from 2004-2022.
The 988 Lifeline is comprised of
a National Network of over 200 Local Crisis Centers, combining custom Local Care
and Resources with National Standards and Best Practices.
988 is also the number for Veterans
to call (then press 1) or to text (838255) to get the targeted help they
require.
988 is also the number for Spanish
Language Speakers (988 es también el número para hispanohablantes.)
988 is also the number for Russian

988 is also the number for French
