Trump And Espionage Act

How dumb is Trump? No need to answer that.

First he lets others record his Phone Messages (ie to Georgia Election Officials) and Interviews (ie to Jonathan Karl) where you can hear him lying and trying to break the law.

Then, he illegally keeps 27 boxes of Government Documents (including SCI and Top Secret) at his own home in Florida.

Note: Nixon recorded everything he did (legally and illegally) and got caught and tried to erase the recordings. He resigned in 1974 as President and received a Pardon from Ford so he couldn’t go to jail for any of his crimes.

Trump was 28 years old when that happened to Nixon so you would think he would know better and not commit similar crimes.

The main difference between Nixon and Trump is that Nixon was Pardoned by Ford so he would leave office. Biden is not going to Pardon Trump.

Trump is accused, among other things, of violating the Espionage Act of 1917 which carries anything from a $10,000 Fine and 20 years in Federal Prison to the Federal Death Penalty.

Trump now joins other Traitors like Julius and Ethel Rosenberg (who were executed in 1953), Aldrich Ames in 1994 (who is serving Life Imprison with No Parole), Robert Hanssen in 2000 (who is serving 15 Life Sentences with No Parole), Bradley Manning/Chelsea Manning in 2013 (whose 35 year sentence was commuted by Obama and is now free), Edward Snowdon in 2013 (who is living in Russia), Julian Assange in 2010 (he is being held in the UK until he is transferred to the US.)

I bet Trump now wishes he was only facing the E-Mail Scandal that Hilary Clinton faced and not an Act of Espionage against the United States.

I can’t wait to see how his Supporters try to spin this to make him the Victim even when all the evidence and his own words say the opposite.

He may want to pull a Snowdon and flee to Russia where his Friend Putin can protect him. Although McDonald's is no longer in Russia and we all know how much Trump loves them.
