Occupation Paper

The Russian Occupation Officials have printed this paper in Occupied Kherson, Ukraine. What do you write about when you have no Military Successes, your Economy has Defaulted, your Dictator is too busy sitting alone in a bunker at a 6 feet long table?

Apparently, you write about how Russians in Ukraine were trapped having Ukrainian Passports for 31 Years.

This is just how “trapped” Ukrainians living in the now Russian-Occupied Parts of Ukraine were:

Using a Ukrainian International Passport, costing 733 Hryvnias or $19.86 US Dollars, they could travel to 144 Countries without a Visa or with a Visa-On-Arrival (including the Schengen Area.) Ukraine ranks 34th place (out of 199) on the Henley Passport Index.

Using a Mandatory Ukrainian Internal Identity Card (which has been a Driver’s License-sized Card since 2016), costing 345 Hryvnias or $9.35 US Dollars, they could travel to Georgia, Turkey and Moldova.

Note: Since the War began in 2022 the Average Ukrainian makes 21,000 Hryvnias or $574.32 US Dollars a Month. (Before the War in 2021 the Average Ukrainian made 23,000 Hryvnias or $629.01 US Dollars a Month.)

Anyone using a Russian International Passport (costing 5,000 Russian Rubles or $82 US Dollars) can only travel to 119 Countries without a Visa or with a Visa-On-Arrival (that doesn’t include the Schengen Area and that is only if the Russian Authorities allow them to leave Russia and if they can find a Train or Plane ticket as well as finding an International Bank and Credit Card that will allow them to spend any money they have inside or outside of Russia. Russia ranks 46th place (out of 199) on the Henley Passport Index.

Using a Mandatory Russian Internal Identity Card (which used to be a Driver’s License sized Card from 2013-2016 but then went back to the Passport Book style), costing 300 Rubles or $4.94 US Dollars, they can travel to Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Note: Since the War began in 2022 the Average Russian only makes 17,000 Rubles or $281.12 US Dollars a Month. (Before the War in 2021, the Average Russian made: 26,200 Rubles or $433.25 US Dollars a Month.)

So not only did the Ukrainian Government do more for Ukrainians before the Russian War in Ukraine, but they were able to Travel to more Countries and made more money than the Russians.

Even with the Russian War in Ukraine, Ukrainians can still travel to more Countries and continue to make more money than the Russians (as well as being able to easily use their money inside and outside of Ukraine – unlike the Russians trying to use their money inside or outside of Russia.)

Why would any Ukrainian Citizen (ethnically Ukrainian or ethnically Russian) want to become a Russian Citizen? You have less of everything; Less Money, Less Freedom, Less Opportunities, Less Availability to Travel, Less chance to end up in a Russian Forced Labor Penal Colony – which Ukraine doesn’t have.

3.8 Million Russians have Voluntarily Fled Russia since February 2022.

Russian Occupation Forces in Ukraine have Forcibly Deported 1.6 Million Ukrainian Men and Women from Ukraine to Russia where they are sent to Re-Education Camps and Tortured.

Russian Occupation Forces in Ukraine have Forcibly Deported 250,,000 Ukrainian Children from Ukraine to Russia where they are sent to Re-Education/Russification.

Russians are fleeing Russia and the only way Ukrainians are going to Russia is by force.

Who is trapped? Russia and the Russian People.
