Thomas' Blunder

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas not only helped strike down Roe v. Wade today, but he also said that other Supreme Court Cases (2003’s Lawrence v. Texas dealing with Private Sex Acts – mainly Homosexual Sex – and 2015’s Obergefell v. Hodges making Same Sex Marriage legal) need to be re-addressed and over-turned using the same argument that brought down Roe.

By opening the door to restricting Women’s Rights Thomas and the other Pro-Trump Justices could very well go after Homosexual Rights and the Rights of many other Groups.

Using his same “logic” you would also need to include 1967’s Loving v. Virginia allowing Interracial Marriage and Interracial Relationships.

Thomas is Black and his second Wife, Ginni Thomas is White so he should seriously reconsider going after the Rights of Minorities since they could also go after him and his family.

Maybe Thomas should focus on his own Family (Ginni was in the Lifespring “cult” in the 1980s and now she is in the new “cult” of those trying to overthrow the US Federal Government and exert whatever influence she has in DC due to her Husband) rather than trying to further divide the country and make more groups of Americans 2^nd Class Citizens.

Thomas and everyone else who is anti-Women and anti-Gay should move to Putin's Russia where Women have always been 2nd Class Citizens and it has been illegal to be Gay since 2013.
