Even in a regular (a
non-pandemic) Election year a Party Convention - no matter which one - is
extremely boring. I say that as someone who majored in US and International
Politics in College. The Conventions only take place so the Party bigwigs from
around the country can do shady behind-the-scenes deals in person.
So far these virtual Conventions
are much worse than usual. Not only are they boring, but they should have hired
teenagers to film it since it is just a bunch of over 60-70 year olds trying to
use the computer (which is funny when you think about the fact that when these 60-70 year olds were younger they were taught not to trust anyone over 30 and yet
we are supposed to trust them in their retirement years.)
