Every year in Russia every town
and city has to turn their hot water off (sometimes by District and sometimes
the whole area) in order to fix major issues.
I have lived there when they
turned off the hot water and you have to either use cold water or heat up water
on the stove. If you are lucky you know someone in another District that still
has hot water and so you go to their house (then they come to your’s when their
hot water is out.)
The Russians claim it is because their system
in very old, but I have been to places hundreds of years older and they don’t
turn off their hot water. It is just because their system is poorly and cheaply
constructed.
If you wondered why Ukrainian
Farmers can take out Russian Ships and Tanks so easily just remember that
Russia can’t even have reliable hot water every year.
The whole country is one big
Potemkin Village (where the outside looks modern or good, but just below the
surface or behind the scenes everything is failing and falling apart.)
