270,000 Fleeing

In the 6 days since Putin ordered Mobilization an estimated 270,000 Russian Men have fled Russia.

Mobilization is not the Draft.

Russia has the Draft 2 times a year in the Spring and in the Fall where all Russian Men 18-26 have to join the Military for 1 year.

Mobilization is when a country mobilizes its Reserves (and in Russia every Man 26-60 is considered in the Reserves for the rest of their lives since they had the Mandatory 1 year Military Training when they were 18-26.)

Think of it this way:

A 41 year old Man who only had 1 year of Basic Russian Military Training 23 years ago when they were 18 years old is now being sent to die in Ukraine.

 A 60 year old Man who had 3 years of Soviet Military Training 40 years ago when they were 18 years old and the Soviet Union still existed is now being sent to die in Ukraine.

Clause Number 7 of Putin’s Mobilization Order of September 21, 2022 is classified and states the exact number of Russian Men to be mobilized. It is believed to be between 300,000 and 1 Million Reservists.
