Why is FedEx so stupid? The Local Manager (who gave me his name and number in March 2022 if any new delivery issues arose) hasn't called me back today like i was told he would.
I called
FedEx's main number and their Resolution Team said they couldn't do a thing
because my complaint was with the local FedEx Office. They gave me the number
for FedEx's Corporate Office in Tennessee.
I called their
Corporate Office and none of their choices allowed you to speak to someone
about a complaint - it was all about being hired. I finally found some Woman
who could barely speak English with her thick unrecognizable Southern Accent.
She told me
someone would call me back. I told her I was told the same exact thing last
Friday and no one did so I asked for an e-mail address and a physical address
to send official complaints to. She said there was no e-mail address and then
gave me a fake Memphis Address to send my complaint - I looked it up after my
call and it's a McDonalds.
I called the
local FedEx Location and left a Voice Message that I was still waiting to hear
back from the Manager and that I was also dealing with Corporate.
Hopefully,
someone calls me back tomorrow.
