James
Earl Jones died today (September 9, 2024) at the age of 93.
He
was born in Mississippi on January 17, 1931.
He
served in the US Army shortly after the Korean War ended.
After
his Military Service he started working in Film and TV Shows.
He
was the voice of Darth Vader in “Star Wars” (1977), “The Empire Strikes Back” (1980), “Return Of
The Jedi” (1983) and “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” (2010.)
He
was also in “Coming To America” (1988), “The Hunt For Red October” (1990), “The
Sandlot” (1993), “The Lion King” (1994 – as the Voice of Mustapha), “Coming To
America 2” (2021) and dozens more movies and shows.
