Russian Soldiers and Russian Citizens are currently fleeing Kherson, Ukraine
(the capital of Kherson Oblast or Province with a pre-war population of
283,649.)
Note: Kherson is the only Oblast/Provincial
Capital (out of 24) that was ever captured by the Russians.
