FedEx Fail

I got a call from FedEx this morning. They say they can't come up to my house because of either the town road or the driveway has snow making it impassible. They tried the same thing yesterday when I made it to a town 45 minutes away and back and UPS made it with no problems. FedEx wants me to meet them someplace and pick it up - which I won't do. They can either deliver it to my house like it is supposed to or return the item back to the shipper and I will get a refund and have it ordered and shipped through UPS.
