“Winter Preparations”
Winter is coming...
...we left our old shelter when
the last winter was over, since then we achieved a lot with your support! And
now we need it again for one last time this year, we have about 75 dogs and 8
goats right now, the numbers will most likely increase. They had a beautiful
hot summer here at our new shelter in Oleksandrija. Sadly there is not enough
time to build them big kennels, made out of bricks and concete but thats a big
point on our To Do-List for the next year! This year we will have to build them
houses made out of wood, they will be isolated and last for years. We count
with 25 at the moment each will be about 1m x2m big and will cost about 100€.
The other 2000€ will be used to build a little stable for the goats, if there
is money left we will have to buy a lot of straw to keep the dogs and the goats
warm.
