"neutral" is just as guilty of allowing the war crimes to happen as
the Politicians and Soldiers who commit them.
This includes the Ordinary
Russian (inside and outside of Russia.) Staying silent = approval of Putin's
Genocidal War and you are as guilty of supporting him as the Germans were in
1945. ^
