From Euro Maiden News’ Facebook:
Residents of the village of
Tarasivka near Kyiv in Ukraine produce original candles, which light up the
darkness in the trenches along the front lines.
“Some people bring cardboard,
others paraffin and wax. We also collected cans at factories, in grocery
stores, and in public place. We collect material during the week, and every
Saturday about 30-40 people get together to produce the candles.” says Viktoria
Besarabets, head of Tarasivka Village Council.
Candles in small cans burn for
1.5-2 hours, in large ones - 3-4 hours.
“During this time, the soldiers
can boil water, heat or cook food, dry their socks, etc. The candle burns in
windy weather, so that’s a plus. We’ve made over 1,000. We pack them in boxes,
and volunteers deliver them to the front line.”
^ Even when most of the country is
in complete darkness with no heat, electricity or water because the Russians
are targeting these areas to torture the Ukrainians for being successful the
Ukrainian Civilians continue to show just how great they are. Rather than
making candles for themselves and their homes they make them and send them to
the Ukrainian Military on the Front Lines defending them against more Russian
War Crimes.
In Russian-Occupied Ukraine:
Russian Soldiers, Russian Occupation Authorities, Russian FSB Torturers,
Russian Collaborators and Russian Civilians are fleeing back into the Russian
Federation as fast as they can.
Inside the Russian Federation:
Russian Towns and Cities struggle to provide their Fathers, Sons, Brothers, Husbands
and Grandfathers (who are being shipped off to die in Ukraine with only a few days
of training) with any kind of equipment, weapons and food they can since Putin
and the Russian Military has next to none to give them (Putin continues to beg
Iran, Syria and North Korea for Military Equipment, Weapons, Soldiers and Food –
which only shows how desperate Putin is and how poor the Russians really are.) ^
