1-4 Weeks

I saw someone post complaining that they ordered something that was supposed to be delivered Same-Day, but is now delayed until tomorrow.

That must be so difficult to deal with. When I order something online it takes at least a week to get to me.

That includes from Amazon (there’s no 2 Business Day Delivery anymore.) Amazon flies their own planes to a major airport just 1 ½ hours from my house and has a Distribution Center near there.

That includes ordering from Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. and having it shipped to the local store and then having to pick it up 6 towns away from mine.

Even if I don’t order something and just go to a store the selection is not that great no matter where you go. That includes driving 1 ½ hours to a city.

Whether it is coming from Boston (3 hours away) or by a Distribution Center (1 ½ hours away) everything tends to take 1 – 4 weeks to arrive. I have to plan ahead, as much as I possibly can, to make sure I have everything when I need it.
