Still Like

I spoke to a Friend of mine in Kyiv, Ukraine. I have known her since 2007 when I went to Kyiv. She said that despite the Russians firing missiles on her city and targeting both military and civilian targets and the threat that she will soon have to go out and protect her neighborhood from the Russian Ground Troops with some homemade bombs and her bare hands she does not hate the Russian People.

She hates Putin and anyone that comes to try and kill her, her Family and her Friends, but not the Russian People themselves.

She has received offers of support and help from her Russian Friends inside Russia and around the world as well as from ethnic Russians inside Ukraine (who are being bombed and murdered by Putin as every other Ukrainian.)

I still see a clear line between what Putin and the Russian Government does and the Ordinary Russian and don’t blame or attack my Russian Friends in the US, Canada, Israel, Ukraine, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Cyprus or in Russia itself.

Of course I am not being personally targeted for Ethnic Cleansing by Putin (who wants to eliminate the Ukrainian Country, Language and People.)
