Real Action Needed

As Russian Troops advance on Ukraine’s Capital of Kyiv. I can only hope that my Friends there are safe.

The US, the EU, the UK, Canada, etc. have been saying the Russian Invasion would happen for weeks now, but that means nothing since all they have done is talk.

Even after the Invasion started and we were promised tough Sanctions the EU and the US failed on that promise. The UK is the only country, so far, to place tough Sanctions on Putin.

The only thing Putin, Lavrov and their Minions understand is action and not words (especially because all they do is tell lies.) That’s why they don’t take the EU or Biden seriously – because we tend to just use tough words with no tough action.

Putin has implied he would launch nuclear bombs on anyone who helped Ukraine (and the Russians now control the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant.)

Putin also has a “Death List” of Ukrainian Politicians (including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy) as well as Ordinary Ukrainians who have ever said anything bad about Putin (especially after his 2014 Invasion and Occupation of Crimea.)

I also don’t believe that Putin will stop at Ukraine. He has always been eager to get a land route from Kaliningrad  - the only ice-free port it has - to the rest of Russia (and to do that he would have to go through Poland and Lithuania which are both members of NATO and the EU.) Putin doesn’t fear NATO or the West (he has seen how divided we are among each other and even within our own country.)

The US, Canada, all 27 countries of the European Union, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Israel and all the other countries need to really punish both Putin and Russia for this Invasion and all the people they have already murdered and will murder in the near future.

What Kinds of Sanctions Need to Be Implemented Against Russia?

Vladimir Putin himself (with his $70 Billion Dollars New Worth) needs to be personally Sanctioned.

Putin’s Daughter, Maria Vorontsova, and her Dutch-born Husband, Jorrit Faassen, need to be Sanctioned.

Putin’s Daughter, Katerina Tikhonova, and her Ex-Husband, Kirill Shamalov, need to be Sanctioned.

Putin’s Ex-Wife, Lyudmila Ocheretnaya, and her new Husband, Artur Ocheretny, need to be Sanctioned.

Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov, and his Wife, Maria Lavrova, need to be personally Sanctioned.

Lavrov’s Daughter, Ekaterina Lavrova, and her Husband, Alexander Vinokurov, need to be Sanctioned.

Belarusian President, Alexander Lukashenko needs to be personally Sanctioned for allowing Russian Troops from Invading and Bombing Ukraine from Belarusian Territory.

The Russian Oligarchs and every member of their Family need to be Sanctioned whether they are inside Russia, the UK, the US, Germany, Cyprus and Israel.

Banning Russian Airlines, Russian Businesses and Russian Organizations from operating in the West. The UK banned Aeroflot, but no other country has.  

Russia needs to be banned from The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) and its 11,000 Financial Institutions in over 200 Territories and Countries. Unfortunately, EU countries like Italy and Germany, don’t want to do that – since they can’t wait to have this all over with and get back to receiving their cheap oil and gas from Russia.

This act alone (banning Russia from SWIFT) would collapse the Russian Economy immediately effecting every single Russian from Putin all the way to down to the ordinary Russian and not even China could help them withstand that collapse. They would be worse off than any country was during the Great Depression of the 1930s.

If Russia does capture Kyiv (which they probably will soon) and even all of Ukraine I only hope that the Russian Occupation Forces in Ukraine as well as any Russian Occupation Government Officials put in place in Ukraine by Putin will have to deal with a daily and deadly Guerilla Warfare (a Partisan War) on every inch of Ukrainian Territory.

Russian Troops and Russian Occupation Authorities returning, from Occupied Ukraine, to the Russian Federation in Body Bags is more effective on the Ordinary Russian than any International Sanction.

Not only will these Partisan Attacks continue to show the world how they have failed Ukraine by appeasing Putin since 2014, but it will force Putin to continue his focus, his money, his Military in Ukraine and Russia doesn’t have the means for a prolonged War. Putin doesn’t have the mentality to focus on any 1 thing for too long.
