technological failure!
Ukraine Animal Rescue Information should be fully public, not require membership, allow all to post and comment, and allow files to be uploaded to share information. I've added a PDF and Word document of the information we've had shared with us so far, so please check there.

information on the Ukrainian Shelters that are staying open and need support,
on Ukrainian Pet Owners fleeing the fighting, on different European Organizations
helping Ukrainians outside of Ukraine. ^
