55 straight days of violence yeah
"You've got this" Portland (quoting their Mayor.) You can't blame the
Feds for all of it since shootings in Portland rose 240% in the first 6 days of
July 2020 alone - before the Feds arrived.
Chicago : 22 people were shot
yesterday (July 20th) after 63 people were shot and 12 people were killed last
weekend (July 17th-19th.) That doesn't include all the shootings and deaths in
May, June or the rest of July 2020.
New York: had its deadliest June
since 1996. There were 22 shootings and 24 victims last weekend (July 17-19th)
alone. That is a 277% increase in shootings from this time last year.
Even Seattle's Mayor eventually
realized her mistake in allowing the death, violence and destruction in
Seattle's Purge Zone to continue for 4 weeks and begged the Seattle Police to
restore law and order.
