Delta's New Seats

From MSN.com:
"Delta testing reduced seat recline to protect passengers' personal space"

To anyone who has experienced that soul-crushing frustration as the air traveler in front of you reclines their seat all the way back: Delta Air Lines has the flight for you.  The airline announced plans to test out a decreased seat recline adjustment in order to better "protect customers’ personal space." “As part of Delta’s continued efforts to make the in-flight experience more enjoyable, Delta is testing a small change to its 62 A320 aircrafts – adjusting the recline throughout to make multitasking easier," Delta representative Savannah Huddleston said in a statement to USA TODAY The chosen plane model, which makes up about 7% of Delta's total aircraft fleet, typically transports travelers for less than two hours at a time. The change-up won't increase the number of seats or decrease the amount of room between rows.  Huddleston continued: "It’s all about protecting customers’ personal space and minimizing disruptions to multitasking in-flight." Read: it'll be much easier to eat, watch shows and get work done without travel neighbor getting in the way.  Delta Air Lines has topped two airline rankings so far this year by Airline Quality Rating and The Points Guy.

^ I really hope Delta does this to all it's fleet and that every airline around the world follows suit. Passengers get extremely small seats and very limited personal space as it is and when another passenger takes the already tight space away it makes travelling even more worse and more stressful than it already is. ^
