Finally!!!!! Consolidated
Communications came and fixed both my Telephone and Internet. It only took them
7 days and they kept telling me I was a “priority.” The Customer Service representatives
also told my family member (since I had no landline or cell phone access) that someone
would come last Wednesday and that I should stay home (so I did and no one
came), then someone would come on last Friday and that I should stay home (so I
did and no one came), then someone would come on last Saturday and that I
should stay home (so I did and no one came) and then that someone would come
today and that I should stay home (I did even though we were getting a big snow
storm and I didn’t think anyone would come, but they finally did come.) While I
currently have Internet and Phone service I am wondering for how long since in
the past year it has gone out 3 different times and each time it was out for
days. We are still going to make official complaints about CCI and how it took
them 7 days to fix the issue (leaving me stranded with no landline phone, no cell
phone and limited Internet.)
