Gaza Difference

People should learn the difference between the Palestinians in the West Bank and the Palestinians in Gaza - especially when showing their support. Palestinians in Gaza elected Hamas to power in 2007.

Hamas is an internationally-recognized terrorist group (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the EU, Israel, Jordan, Egypt and the United States all designate Hamas as a terrorist organization.) Since coming into power in Gaza Hamas has banned women from: holding political office, dancing and mixing with non-relative males. Men have been forced to grow beards and attend military training. Children are used as human shields.

The Palestinians in the West Bank have completely separated themselves from the Palestinians in Gaza because of their militant ways. Egypt has closed it's border crossing with Gaza because of attacks in the Sinai. It is not only Israel that Hamas hates, but anyone that doesn't follow their strict interpretation of Islam.

To hear any country, person or organization (like the UN) show support for the Palestinians in Gaza is the same as showing your support for ISIS or Al-Qaida.
