BBB Review

Wrote a poor review for the tree service on the BBB. It's not a complaint since they never started the work and I never paid anything. They were supposed to do the work on November 2, 2017 and here we are December 12, 2017 and just getting a response from them is difficult (e-mail and phone.) Maybe this review will show them that they need to treat customers better.
