Legacy Box

I got my Legacy Box order today. It was the first time I used them and since I didn’t know how things would turn out I “tested” them with 2 VHS Tapes I had a DVD Copy of.

Here is my experience with Legacy Box:

I ordered and paid online on February 24, 2023. After not receiving either a box or an E-Mail from them by March 13, 2023 I wrote them and asked what the delay was. They replied (the same day) said they would resend the box.

I received the box a few days later, packed it with my VHS Tapes and mailed it out at a UPS Store a few days later.

On March 31, 2023 I received an E-Mail from Legacy Box saying they had received my order and scanned it in. They did let me know that it could take 10-12 weeks to digitize.

Today (April 10, 2023) FedEx randomly came and delivered my Legacy Box order.

I had received offers and promotions from Legacy Box in my E-Mail, but no other word about my order since March 31^st so I had no idea the order was done, shipped or arriving.

I checked over my order – watching how the quality was over the VHS Tapes and DVD – and they are pretty similar.

I would use them again, but wish Legacy Box sent update E-Mails along with their promotional e-mails (you can only get updates if you go to their website, put in your Order Number and E-Mail Address.)
