17,248 Convicts

In 2022: 17,248 Russian Convicts across 35 Russian Regions were released to fight in Ukraine (the Samara Region saw the most Convicts recruited at 2,723 People.)

This is according to Official Reports Russia’s Federal Penitentiary Service (the Agency stopped releasing Nationwide data in 2023) complied by Mediazona.

These Convicts were convicted on all sorts of crimes from Drugs to Child Rape to Murder and joined the ranks of both the Russian Military and the Wagner Mercenary Group to fight in Ukraine with the promise of a Full Pardon after their 6 Month Military Service Contract.

So on top of 18, 19 and 20 year old Draftees and 40-75 year old Men Forcibly-Mobilized fighting in Ukraine there are Rapists and Murderers among the Russian Forces inside Ukraine against Innocent Ukrainian Men, Women and Children.

It is no wonder that Russians are committing countless War Crimes (Rape, Torture, Kidnapping, Murder) throughout Ukraine.

While Russia releases its convicted Child Rapists and Murderers from it’s Prisons they are refilling them quickly with thousands of Anti-War and Anti-Nazi Z Russians. Any Russian who even uses the word “War” about Ukraine gets sent to a Forced Labor Penal Colony – a modern Day Gulag – for 15 years.
