Day 9 of Suburban Propane Issues (Delivery and Customer Service.) I just filed an official complaint.
I not only sent it by e-mail, but I also called the Main Customer Service Number (not my Local Office.)
The Woman at the Main Office said there was a note that the Delivery Guy tried to come today, but couldn't. I told her that I dispute that since I saw our Town come today - not to plow - but to push the snowbanks over.
I also said that I had specifically asked the Local Office yesterday to contact me if there were any more delivery issues and no one did.
I am now waiting on the Local Office to call me tomorrow to reschedule (for the 3rd time) a Propane Delivery - they only come to my area once a week - and for the Regional Office to call me so I can complain about the 3 people I dealt with at the Local Office.
