More Propane Issues

I called Suburban Propane again today to find out what was going on with my Propane delivery.

I had called them last Monday morning (February 27th) to be put on their delivery schedule and was told they come to my area on Mondays and so I was on their schedule for delivery on Monday March 3rd.)

A few hours later Suburban Propane called me back and said I was on their delivery schedule for the next day (Tuesday February 28th) and they asked if my driveway was cleared of snow – I said it was.

No one came that Tuesday and Suburban Propane didn’t contact me that Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

That Friday (March 3rd) I called Suburban Propane to see what was going on and the woman took my phone number, asked me if my driveway was clear of snow – I said it was - and told me she would call me back.

I didn’t get a call back or a delivery so today (Monday March 6th) I called Suburban Propane again to find out what was going on. The woman put me on hold and spoke with their Distribution Center. She told me that I was now on their delivery schedule for tomorrow (Tuesday March 7th.) I asked her to make a note this time that if the delivery doesn’t happen again that Suburban Propane contact me – since they didn’t last week.

We will see if Suburban Propane will finally deliver my Propane or contact me.
