^ This year it doesn't look  like we will have a White Christmas. Last month was the first November that we didn't have measurable snow and so far this December is the same way. In fact it has been in the 40s F  and 50s F when our average temperatures should be in the teens F and 20s F. This time of year we usually have 2-3 feet of snow as well. Even if we don't get snow for Christmas it will still feel more like the holiday here than in a place that never gets snow. ^
