SugarCraft

I have to write about the constant bad experiences we have every time we order from them. We have used them several times in the past and they never have all the items. The last straw was yesterday. We ordered a good amount of items from them and got a message on our machine listing all the items they didn't have (which was more than half the items.) The message was so long it went over the time limit allowed by my machine and yet they never left a number to call them. We e-mailed them instead and since they didn't have more than half the items we needed and we need them right away we told them to cancel the whole order. They wrote back that they would cancel the order, but would charge us 3% of the order. That makes no sense since they didn't have the majority of the items in the first place (I could understand if they were out of 1 or 2 items - but not more than half.) We couldn't get the items we wanted and rather than take the substitutes they wanted us to we cancelled the order and now they are keeping 3% for their own mistakes in inventory. That is the worst business plan I have ever dealt with. They clearly do not care about their customers or fulfilling their orders. They are merely there to scam people who try and order from their site out of any amount they can. I would not recommend anyone ever order from them.
