17,000 And Counting

With 17,000 flights cancelled and more delayed into and around the United States from December 22nd - today I'm really glad I didn't go anywhere this year.

Southwest is one of the worst with 2,000 cancelled flights today alone and 1/3 of their flights already cancelled for tomorrow. These cancellations are due to failures in the Southwest System and not weather-related (but you get what you pay for I guess.)
