Today we celebrated Thanksgiving. Since we weren't having any friends or family over we had a scaled-down version. It was still a really great meal. We had: turkey roulade, stuffing, bacon Brussel sprouts, cranberries, rolls and pumpkin cheesecake. It seems that Thanksgiving isn't that big of a deal in most of Canada - as it is here in the US. Either way it is really nice to celebrate two Thanksgivings a year and having them spaced a month apart is even better.
