1st Bankcard

I got a vague message on my answer machine just now from First Bankcard (in Nebraska) saying to call them. I called and told them I had received a message but the message didn't say what it was regarding. The woman I spoke to was pretty stupid. She basically told me that under new Federal guidelines (thanks to Obama) even though we pay at least the minimum amount of our bill and it is never late they are just letting us know that they can cancel our account. I hope you have the same reaction as I did when I heard that - WTF! That doesn't make any sense. They are saying that even though we pay AT LEAST the minimum amount their bill says we have to pay and we ALWAYS pay it on time they see us as a risk and can cancel our account at their whim. Of course this is the same company that "forgot" to take out $1,000 from our check and then made me "fight" with them to have them take it out even though it was their mistake. I even made a comment to them that I have never had to argue with a business to make sure they took more money (usually it's because they want more money from you.) I don't know what economics/business school these idiots went to, but any normal person with basic common sense would want a loyal customer who pays the amount they are required to when they are required to to continue being their loyal customer. I'm not sure if the woman explaining this left something out, but as it stands now this seems like the dumbest thing a business who wants to get their money back would want. And if the woman was right about these new Federal regulations we have Obama to thank for this - and I hope others will follow me in "thanking" him personally on November 6th. He doesn't seem to have a clue about anything and when one of his numerous mistakes are made public then he always has a scapegoat to blame - since he never takes responsibility for any of his actions. The American public (as well as the rest of the world) saw how bad he handles both domestic and international affairs over the past 4 years - creating a bunch of czars to "oversee" things. It seems we have more czars than Russia did before 1917. More recently we saw his true nature during the Presidential Debate where he was a weak man with no answers or thoughts of his own (even the ultra liberal "SNL" made fun of him for that.) Tonight is the Vice-Presidential Debate and the news says Obama's fate rests in Biden's hands - if that's the case then I guess we will get someone new in January. It's little rules and regulations like the above-mentioned that show whether someone is capable of running the world's sole-remaining super power and it's clear the choice is not Obama.
