Service Extended

Russia has just extended their Draft (Military Conscription and Mobilization.)

Not only are all Russian Men 18-30 Drafted (Russia has a Draft twice a year in the Spring and in the Fall), but as of today all Russian Men up to the age of 72 years old can be Mobilized and sent to fight and die in Ukraine.

Back in April 2023 Russia also changed the Mobilization and Draft Notification System. Before the Draftee/Mobilized had to personally sign for their letter to make it Official.

Since April 2023 a Draft Summons or a Mobilization Summons is considered Official if it is put on the Russian Government Online Portal ""Gosuslugi" and it doesn't mater if the Man is in Russia or outside of Russia.

Failure to report to Train when Drafted or to fight when Mobilized means 2 years in a Forced Labor Penal Colony - after you are forced into the Military to serve your Enlistment.

Example: An 18 year old Draftee who is Summoned Online and doesn't report will be forced - by the FSB, the Russian Military Police or the Regular Police - to go to their assigned Base for their 1 year of Military Service (which now includes 2 weeks of Training before being sent to fight in Ukraine) and if they survive that year they are then sent to a Forced Labor Penal Colony for 2 years for Draft Evasion.) 

The same goes for those 30-72 who were Mobilized and didn't report.

At least 1.5 Million Russians (mostly Men) have fled Russia since Putin started his War in Ukraine in February 2022.

600,000 Russian Men aged 30-65 (the previous Age Range) have been Mobilized and sent to fight in Ukraine.

That is on top of those 18-30 who are Drafted twice a year (125,000 every Spring and another 125,000 every Fall for a total of 250,000 every year.)

That is on top of those who have served their Conscription and decided to stay in the Military.

239,480 Russian Soldiers have been killed in Ukraine since February 24, 2022.

384,276 Russian Soldiers have been wounded in Ukraine since February 24, 2022

That means that in 17 Months of the War 623,756 Russians have been killed or wounded.

It is also why Russia has raised the Mobilization Age and changed its Draft and Mobilization Laws – they need more Cannon Fodder to go to Ukraine and die without honor and for no moral cause.

Since February 2022, Russian Men aged 18-72 are not given an International Passport until they have completed their Military Service (Conscription or Mobilization) and those who already had an International Passport prior to February 2022 are now having them made invalidated whether they are inside Russia or not.

If they are outside of Russia and need to validate their Passport the Russian Embassy in the Country they are in will only give them a One-Way Emergency Passport so they can return to Russia to fight.

These current rules are most like Nazi Germany than even the Russia before February 2022 (I guess it makes sense since Russia is now rule by Putin and his Nazi Zs who have used Hitler’s Playbook since 2014. I’m just waiting for Putin to follow Hitler’s final example in his Bunker – although I hope he doesn’t poison his dog like Hitler poisoned his dog – Blondie.
