^ The airports in red are the ones I have been to and I agree they are not good airports. I've used Dulles many times and it is one big mess. I haven't had a smooth connection between flights at Philly, O'Hare or De Gaulle so far. Frankfurt is too large and too disorganized. I would add Heathrow to this list as well. The fact that half of the airports on this list are American airports says a lot about the ever-growing problem of American travel. Airports, airlines and the TSA are "work" to make flying into/out of and around the US not a good experience. We are treated as cattle rather than as people. ^
