Disabled Travel Rating

Here is a list of countries I have travelled to with someone in a wheelchair and whether or not I thought the people we dealt with there were: Very Helpful, Helpful, Not Helpful or Not Very Helpful with the disabled:

1. Canada: Very Helpful
2. United States: Not Very Helpful
3. The Bahamas: Very Helpful...
4. Aruba: Not Very Helpful
5. Costa Rica: Not Very Helpful
6. Iceland: Not Helpful
7. Ireland: Not Very Helpful
8. Scotland: Helpful
9. England: Helpful
10. Northern Ireland: Very Helpful
11. France: Not Helpful
12. The Netherlands: Helpful
13. Germany: Not Very Helpful
14. The Ukraine: Not Helpful
15. Kuwait: Not Very Helpful
16. Croatia: Helpful
17. Montenegro: Not Helpful
18. Bosnia and Herzegovina: Very Helpful
19. Russia: Not Very Helpful (didn't have a wheelchair there, but went to a disabled children's institution a few times.)
