I received an e-mail survey today asking me how I liked the response the USPS sent me regarding the official complaint I made online last Friday. I haven't received anything other than this survey even though the USPS website states that they will get back to me within "24 hours." It doesn't surprise me that the USPS website has customer service problems as my complaint was about the customer service at my local Post Office. If they keep it up I would rather see the USPS go bankrupt then to continue to allow their employees to treat their customers poorly.
