NY Flowers

So the new florist (Anna's Flowers in Ballston Spa, NY) didn't work out. We ordered flowers last week to be delivered to the Saratoga National Cemetery this week and have a picture sent to us - to test their service and quality of flowers. We got lots of excuses and a picture of the flowers sitting in their store (just like what Matrazzo Florist in Mechanicville, NY) did.
I don't understand why there are problems. We used Matrazzo Florist for a few years, but it seemed every time we ordered flowers to be delivered and a picture taken of the flowers at the grave (with a cell phone and e-mailed to us) we had to constantly keep asking them about the order and the flowers and would always get lame excuses (even though we always ordered the flower arrangement weeks in advance) and at times got a picture of the flowers not at the grave, but sitting in their store.
For all their hassle we decided to try another florist and so we looked online, found a few places and my sister called them. She explained we wanted flowers delivered to the National Cemetery with a picture taken and sent to us: because none of us live in the area but around the country and in Iraq. Anna's Flowers said they could do that and so we ordered flowers as a trial and not only did my sister have to call them yesterday (when the flowers were to be delivered last Wednesday) but then they sent us a picture of the flowers sitting in their store and not on the grave.
Since Anna's Flowers and Matrazzo Florist haven't been able to fulfill their promises we now have to find another florist in the area, set up a trial to see if they can handle what they promise all before the next main delivery in May.
