Homosexuality Legal

The last list was for illegal homosexual activity and here is the legal activity.


1. It is legal for homosexuals (male and female) to marry and serve in the military (with dates of legality):

The majority of the countries not on any of these lists allow homosexual activity, but do not provide for either marriage or civil unions.
