You always hear how the United States is the place of dreams and that everyone the world over dreams of coming here and making something of themselves. It surprises me just how many places have no direct links. I assumed most of Africa and Asia wouldn't, but not Europe.
With that said, here is a list of countries/territories that have no direct air-link to the US:
