Junk Russia

 Standard & Poor's downgrades Russia's debt by eight notches, from BB+ to CCC-, signaling that it believes that Russia is prone to defaulting on its obligations. Russia now have a "Junk" Rating. They can thank Putin for that. I think this is great news (not for the Russians, but for Ukraine and the rest of the world.)
