We left early in the morning in the bitter cold and snow and had some interesting times driving through the mountains (ie. black ice.)
We had to wear a mask everyplace
in NY (no big deal) and didn't have to take a Covid Test to see my Grandmother
(that starts this Wednesday.)
I gave my Uncle and Aunt 6 Covid
Home Tests so they could see my Grandma and Great-Aunt more.
I got them free from my State and
they are like gold in New York where everything is hard to come by (everyplace
we went looked like a scene from Mad Max or March 2020.)
It seems my State cares more
about its Residents than New York does of their's.
We got my Brother and my Dad on
Video-Chat so they could talk to my Grandmother.
My Grandmother was very talkative
(a first in months) and I gave her and my Great-Aunt all the different messages
from Friends and Family.
