5 Star

I watched a documentary about the inner-workings of a 5 star hotel. I have never worked at a hotel much less a 5 star hotel, but know people who have. I have stayed in six 5 star hotels - including a castle - though so it's interesting to see the happenings behind the scenes (and seeing that I could have asked for and expected so much more.) Not to sound like too much of a snob I don't really care about the star rating as long as the place looks and smells clean, the people are friendly and the food is good.
