^ Because of this man Federal Government workers are no longer getting paid. The men and women in the US Military will continue to protect us and even die for us, but they won't get paid for it. Any soldier or veteran who dies during the Government Shutdown can not be buried in a National Cemetery and their families can not receive the Death Benefit. ^
